A Journey of Dedication
The path to this recognition began in July, when we submitted our application to the Employer of Choice Recognition Program. This program celebrates organisations across all sectors that exemplify excellence in creating positive work environments and cultivating a culture where people thrive.
Following our application, we participated in a rigorous assessment process that included a site visit in August. During this visit, assessors explored how our practices promote work-life balance, inclusion, wellbeing, and respect for individual contributions.
Our efforts stood out, and we were named one of only seven businesses across Tasmania to receive this prestigious accolade.
